Course
Objectives:
This course provides a background in the principles
of Customer Relationship Management, taking into account the
complex challenges facing today's corporations. The course
helps attendees develop the skills needed to manage effective
enterprise-wide CRM implementations, by revolutionizing the
way customers are handled at every point of customer interaction.
Course
Logistics:
An Aprine instructor will present this course
at a client location.
The expected duration is 2 full days (8 hours per day).
The course will consist of printed material, presentations,
and hands-on online interaction.
Intended
Audience:
Anyone with client management or client interaction
responsibilities. To ensure optimal classroom participation,
audience size must not exceed 10 participants.
Prerequisite
Knowledge:
It is assumed that all participants will have
had hands-on PC experience, since computers may be used to
demonstrate real-life CRM examples. No additional technical
experience is required.
