Course
Objectives:
This course provides attendees with a detailed
understanding of the theories and principles of process renewal
and re-engineering. Using real life examples, the course illustrates
how corporations have successfully and unsuccessfully developed
and implement BPR strategies. The course also identifies techniques
to maximize effectiveness of BPR by adopting process improvement
practices, such as Total Quality Management.

The expected duration is 2 full days (8 hours per day).
The course will consist of printed material, presentations,
and hands-on online interaction.
Intended
Audience:
This course is aimed at Business analysts, Systems
anlalysts and Project managers. To ensure, optimal classroom
participation, audience size must not exceed 10 participants.
Prerequisite
Knowledge:
It is assumed that all participants will have
had some degree of business process knowledge, e.g. as a business
analyst or project manager.
