Course
Objectives:
This course provides a background in the principles
of Change Management and Organizational Development. Through
the use of real-life examples, the course illustrates the
'dos and don'ts' of Change Management practices. The course
helps attendees to understand the complexities of introducing
Change to an organization, and provides proven strategies
to overcome resistance to Change.

Logistics:
An Aprine instructor will present this course
at a client location.
The expected duration is 2 full days (8 hours per day).
The course will consist of printed material, presentations,
and hands-on online interaction.
Intended
Audience:
Anyone involved in organizational management
- including project managers, program managers, and senior
management personnel. To ensure optimal classroom participation,
audience size must not exceed 10 participants.
Prerequisite
Knowledge:
It is assumed that all participants will have
had some degree of team lead / management experience, including
management of personnel. No prior technical experience is
required.
