Course Objectives:

This course provides attendees with detailed knowledge of traditional and current system development methodologies. Through the use of real-world examples, the course illustrates why traditional development methodologies are rapidly giving way to newer methodologies with shorter lifecycles, and less clearly delineated phases.

Course Logistics:

An Aprine instructor will present this course at a client location.
The expected duration is 2 full days (8 hours per day).
The course will consist of printed material, presentations, and hands-on online interaction.

Intended Audience:

Anyone involved in software development projects, including analysts, developers, QA, and project managers. To ensure optimal classroom participation, audience size must not exceed 10 participants.

Prerequisite Knowledge:

It is assumed that all participants will have had hands-on Internet usage experience including navigation of e-commerce sites. No additional technical experience is required.
