Objectives:
This course provides a thorough background in
IT Project Management techniques, including project planning,
budgeting, human resource allocation, and risk management.
Through the use of real-life examples, the course provides
attendees with the skills and knowledge needed to manage complex
technology projects.

Logistics:
An Aprine instructor will present this course
at a client location.
The expected duration is 2 full days (8 hours per day).
The course will consist of printed material, presentations,
and hands-on online interaction.
Intended
Audience:
Anyone involved in IT projects - especially
project and program managers. To ensure optimal classroom
participation, audience size must not exceed 10 participants.
Prerequisite
Knowledge:
It is assumed that all participants will have
had experience in managing or participating in software development
projects. No additional technical experience is required.
