During
the Development phase of ADM, Aprine Software Engineers develop
your system solutions in accordance to the documented specifications
of the Detailed Design documents.
By
adhering to the Aprine Development Methodology, Aprine software
engineers provide our clients with comprehensive code commenting
as well as detailed documentation to support their coding
efforts. This enables our clients to easily and cost-effectively
manage changes to their systems in the future.
In
addition to the above documentation, Aprine Software Engineers
and QA consultants create detailed test plan documentation
(including unit, integration, system and user acceptance test
plans), user guides, and training materials, as determined
in the project plan.
A
final deliverable from this phase is an Implementation Plan,
which identifies the tasks, dependencies and logistics of
migrating the new system to a Production ('live') environment.
The Implementation Plan also contains detailed instructions
for Disaster Recovery, in the event that it ever becomes necessary
to revert to a previous version of the system.
