 During
the Design phase of ADM, Aprine systems architects and designers
work to create the initial design of the system.
The
System Design process is likely to be an iterative process
of refinement and requires intensive collaboration between
Aprine consultants and your organization's business matter
experts.
This
Design phase includes the identification and mapping of all
system components from front-end user interfaces to back-end
systems and their interfaces.
The
final deliverables from this phase are a General Design document,
one or more Detailed Design specifications, and a detailed
project plan outlining milestones and detailed project tasks,
resources, and dependencies.
